Until now, RevDesk has been something you use. Starting today, it's also something you build on. We're shipping two official, fully-typed npm packages so you can put RevDesk AI agents directly into your own product, with no telephony infrastructure to run.
@revdesk/sdk — the typed API client
The official TypeScript client for the RevDesk v1 API. Every request and response shape is generated straight from our OpenAPI spec, so your editor autocompletes real fields and your build catches mistakes before they ship.
npm install @revdesk/sdk
import { RevDesk } from "@revdesk/sdk";
const revdesk = new RevDesk({ apiKey: process.env.REVDESK_API_KEY! });
// Buy a number — it answers with an AI agent out of the box
const { data: number } = await revdesk.phoneNumbers.buy({ area_code: "415" });
// See the agents in your workspace
const { data: agents } = await revdesk.agents.list();
// Talk to one straight from the browser
const { data: call } = await revdesk.agents.webCall(agents[0].id);
What you get: full coverage of numbers, agents, calls, SMS, caller IDs, caller trust, and usage; auto-pagination via listAll(); safe retries with idempotency keys; typed RevDeskErrors; and it's open source.
Agents you can actually steer
Every number you buy gets a RevDesk AI agent wired up to answer it automatically — through the dashboard or the API, same path, no extra setup. Now you can drive them from code:
- agents.list() — discover the agents in your workspace and which number each answers.
- phoneNumbers.update(id, { agent_id }) — reassign which agent picks up a number.
- agents.webCall(id) — dispatch an agent into a room and get a browser join token. Pair it with @revdesk/webrtc's RevDeskRoom and your users talk to a RevDesk agent from a web page. No phone number, no PSTN leg, three lines of code.
@revdesk/webrtc — calling, right in the browser
Place and receive calls from a web page. RevDeskRTC connects the browser directly; RevDeskRoom joins a relayed call (and now, an agent call). Both emit the same CallState lifecycle, so you write your UI once.
npm install @revdesk/webrtc
Your AI agents can run the phone too
A hosted MCP server at mcp.revdesk.com lets any MCP-capable agent send texts, place and hang up calls, search and buy numbers, and pull usage.
Everything above is live and playable at https://revdesk.dev, our open-source "phone for the web." Grab an API key, paste it in, and dial.
Hello, welcome to this update! This one is about making your workspace easier to run day to day.
Calendars are now a team resource
Connected calendars can now be shared with your workspace, so agents book against real team availability instead of one person's calendar. When Speed-to-Lead or your SDR books a meeting, it lands on the right rep's calendar with conflicts already checked. Sharing is on by default for new connections, and you control visibility per calendar.
Integrations moved to the workspace level
Connected apps now belong to your workspace rather than an individual account, so a rep leaving no longer silently breaks your CRM sync. Each connection shows an access scope, shared with the workspace or private to you, and you can change it anytime.
Fixes & improvements
- We've simplified plan management: one billing surface for agents, seats, and minutes, with seat counts synced automatically as members join or leave.
- We've improved translations across supported languages.
- We've improved dashboard counter accuracy for high-volume campaigns.
Cheers,
Noah from RevDesk
Hello! v2.0 was a big release, and you've been quick to tell us where the rough edges were. This patch is all polish.
Fixes & improvements
- We've fixed an issue where the app could ignore your system light/dark preference and show a stale theme after signing in.
- We've fixed notification preferences occasionally appearing to reset after saving. Your choices now stick immediately.
- We've improved call transcript loading for reps reviewing long coaching histories.
- We've improved onboarding reliability for teams signing up with a brand-new workspace, removing a race that could briefly show an empty dashboard after checkout.
Keep the reports coming. Patches like this one ship fast.
Cheers,

Hello, welcome to the biggest update for RevDesk!
v1 put an AI-powered dialer and coach behind your reps. v2.0 builds the rest of the revenue team around them. We rebuilt the product around one idea: revenue growth on autopilot, with agents that engage, qualify, and book across every channel.
Hire your agents
RevDesk is now a team of multiple AI agents, each hired for a specific job:
- Augmented Sales auto-dials for your reps and coaches every call. The original RevDesk, better than ever.
- Outbound SDR works your net-new prospect lists end to end: qualifies, pitches, and books, with DNC scrubbing and compliance handled.
- Speed-to-Lead calls every new lead within 60 seconds of the inbound, before your competitor's rep has seen the notification.
- Re-Engage wins back the no-shows and dormant customers who slipped away.
- Account Manager works your current customers so they stay customers.
- Review & Referral turns happy customers into reviews and referrals.
- Receptionist catches every inbound call your outbound generates, 24/7, and books straight to calendar.
Hire one, hire all, mix and match. They share memory, so the prospect your SDR warmed up is recognized when they call back.
The Revenue Engine
For teams that want the whole thing managed, the Revenue Engine runs all agents as one coordinated team: 6 to 8 touchpoints per lead across call, text, and email, unlimited seats, and an embedded GTM expert tuning it weekly. In our six-week lending pilot this stack held 12,000 conversations at roughly $0.11 each and delivered qualified leads at $44 apiece, against an industry average around $200.
Team workspaces
RevDesk is now built around shared workspaces. Invite your whole team, manage roles and permissions, and keep every call, contact, and campaign in one place your team owns together.
A new onboarding
The new onboarding walks you from "which jobs do you need filled" to live, configured agents in a single sitting. Tell us your business and website, answer a few setup questions per agent (what a great call must include, where your leads come from, who gets the hot transfers), and you're live.
New features
- We've added multi-channel sequences, so agents follow up across voice, SMS, and email and auto-pause the moment a lead replies.
- We've added real-time lead scoring against your ideal customer profile, with hot leads routed to your reps and the rest nurtured automatically.
- We've added HubSpot, Salesforce, and Mailchimp integrations, plus 8,000+ tools via Zapier. Every call is transcribed, summarized, and logged to your CRM.
- We've added annual billing with two months free.
Cheers,

Hello, and welcome to the very first RevDesk update!
Today we're launching RevDesk v1.0, built around one product: Augmented Sales. It auto-dials for your reps and coaches every call. Your reps stop doing the robot work (dialing, waiting, logging) and spend their day doing the only thing that closes deals: talking to humans.
The dialer does the dialing
Load a lead list and Augmented Sales works it for you. It dials, navigates voicemail and dead numbers, and only pulls a rep in when there's a live human on the line. The handoff is instant and configurable: you decide exactly how the rep gets connected when the dialer reaches a person. The result is reps spending their hours in conversations, not in the gaps between them. Teams running this kind of motion see outbound velocity jump as much as 18x, because a rep's day stops being 90% waiting.
Every call transcribed. Every call coached.
This is the "augmented" part, and it's what makes this more than a dialer. Every conversation is transcribed automatically, then scored against your own rubric. RevDesk listens for it on every single call and gives each rep specific, written feedback.
Sales managers can review every call ever made, but they shouldn't have to. The dashboard surfaces what matters: conversations connected, and your flagged-call rate trending down as the coaching compounds. New reps ramp faster because they get game film with notes from day one, not a shadowing week and a shrug.
Pricing
Augmented Sales is $395/mo, and rep talk time is billed at a flat $0.07 per minute. No per-seat dialer licenses, no "contact sales" pricing page.
Also in this release
- A shared team inbox so the whole team sees calls, transcripts, and coaching notes in one place.
- Call summaries and dispositions logged automatically, so CRM hygiene stops depending on rep willpower.
- Lead list import with automatic dedupe and Do Not Call scrubbing built in from day one.
- A dashboard tracking dials, connects, talk time, and meetings booked per rep.
This is v1. The roadmap is long and we'd love your input. Tell us what to build next right here on this board.
Cheers,
Noah from RevDesk
