Hello, and welcome to the very first RevDesk update!
Today we're launching RevDesk v1.0, built around one product: Augmented Sales. It auto-dials for your reps and coaches every call. Your reps stop doing the robot work (dialing, waiting, logging) and spend their day doing the only thing that closes deals: talking to humans.
The dialer does the dialing
Load a lead list and Augmented Sales works it for you. It dials, navigates voicemail and dead numbers, and only pulls a rep in when there's a live human on the line. The handoff is instant and configurable: you decide exactly how the rep gets connected when the dialer reaches a person. The result is reps spending their hours in conversations, not in the gaps between them. Teams running this kind of motion see outbound velocity jump as much as 18x, because a rep's day stops being 90% waiting.
Every call transcribed. Every call coached.
This is the "augmented" part, and it's what makes this more than a dialer. Every conversation is transcribed automatically, then scored against your own rubric. RevDesk listens for it on every single call and gives each rep specific, written feedback.
Sales managers can review every call ever made, but they shouldn't have to. The dashboard surfaces what matters: conversations connected, and your flagged-call rate trending down as the coaching compounds. New reps ramp faster because they get game film with notes from day one, not a shadowing week and a shrug.
Pricing
Augmented Sales is $395/mo, and rep talk time is billed at a flat $0.07 per minute. No per-seat dialer licenses, no "contact sales" pricing page.
Also in this release
- A shared team inbox so the whole team sees calls, transcripts, and coaching notes in one place.
- Call summaries and dispositions logged automatically, so CRM hygiene stops depending on rep willpower.
- Lead list import with automatic dedupe and Do Not Call scrubbing built in from day one.
- A dashboard tracking dials, connects, talk time, and meetings booked per rep.
This is v1. The roadmap is long and we'd love your input. Tell us what to build next right here on this board.
Cheers,
Noah from RevDesk
