Hello, welcome to this update! This one is about making your workspace easier to run day to day.
Calendars are now a team resource
Connected calendars can now be shared with your workspace, so agents book against real team availability instead of one person's calendar. When Speed-to-Lead or your SDR books a meeting, it lands on the right rep's calendar with conflicts already checked. Sharing is on by default for new connections, and you control visibility per calendar.
Integrations moved to the workspace level
Connected apps now belong to your workspace rather than an individual account, so a rep leaving no longer silently breaks your CRM sync. Each connection shows an access scope, shared with the workspace or private to you, and you can change it anytime.
Fixes & improvements
- We've simplified plan management: one billing surface for agents, seats, and minutes, with seat counts synced automatically as members join or leave.
- We've improved translations across supported languages.
- We've improved dashboard counter accuracy for high-volume campaigns.
Cheers,
